Return Eligibility

For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
• The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Returns must include all original accessories and documentation.

Return Process

• Initiate a return by contacting us via email at help@dealsi.in within the 3-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
• We accept returns for damaged, defective, or missing products.
• For the return process, we may require specific unboxing verification as per our instructions.

Refund Process (for COD Orders):
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund amount.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to securely package the returned items to prevent damage during transit.

Cancellation Policy
